Practice software that keeps your practice together

QiC is practice software for therapists who like their practice in order. Calendar, client records, questionnaires, forms and administration are in one environment, at an address that belongs to your practice. At the end of the day you know where everything is, even for a client you have not seen in months.

Why one practice environment

A calendar in one program, notes in a file and questionnaires on paper: once the work is spread out like that, it takes time to find out what belongs to whom. That time comes out of the attention you can give your clients.

In QiC, an appointment, a note and a form hang on the same client. Open the record and everything you have written down about that person is together. You do not have to remember which program you saved something in.

Client management and records

You look up a client by name or number and open the record. What the client fills in themselves in the portal ends up in that same record. You work from a single source and do not have to copy details from another system.

That saves retyping and prevents two versions of the same details from drifting apart. What you see is what there is.

Calendar and scheduling

You schedule appointments by week, day or month and see at a glance what your working week looks like. Every appointment belongs to a client, so from the calendar you are one click away from the record.

QiC does not automatically send a new appointment to the client. If you want to send a confirmation, you send the calendar file yourself. That way you decide which message goes out, and when.

Questionnaires and forms

You put together lists and forms for your own practice. The client fills them in through the portal, so you no longer have to copy paper intakes and the answers go straight into the record.

The example questions provided are meant as a starting point. They are not an official standard, so you adapt them to the way you work.

Finances

For a consultation you create an invoice, in the same environment as the record and the calendar. You do not have to enter the client’s details again in another program.

QiC does not send the invoice automatically. You decide when and how the invoice reaches the client.

A set-up that fits your discipline

At the start you choose the psychosocial or the naturopathic branch. The menu follows that choice, so you only see the parts that belong to your discipline.

You do not work with a screen full of functions meant for another profession. What you need every day comes first.
