Log inQiC Platform · Client record
The client record holds everything that belongs to one client: details, notes, documents, appointments and what the client fills in themselves. You may know it as an electronic client record (ECD). In QiC the record is the centre of the practice environment, with the calendar, questionnaires and forms around it. You find what you agreed with a client in seconds.
You record what you need for the support, in the way that suits you. You decide how detailed your notes are. The record stays with your practice and is stored encrypted.
Documents that belong to the client are kept in the record itself. You no longer look for them in a folder on your computer or in your inbox.
An appointment in the calendar is linked to the client’s record. From the calendar you open the record, and from the record you see that client’s appointments. You never have to work out which appointment belonged to which conversation.
In the portal, the client only sees their own appointments. The names of other clients are never visible.
Answers and completed forms go straight into the record. You can see what a client has filled in before the conversation begins, and you do not have to copy anything.
In the record you see more than the client does: fields meant only for the practitioner stay out of the portal.
In the psychosocial way of working you use the record for intake, consent, treatment plan and progress. Everything you record for that sits in a fixed place and can be found again later.
QiC helps you organise the information, but does not make any formulation itself. That remains your task.
In the naturopathic way of working you record history, lifestyle, remedies and measurements. Everything that belongs to a client is kept in one record, even when the support runs over several consultations.
QiC does not assess interactions between remedies. A protocol is a template you can reuse yourself.
Ordinary email is not secure healthcare mail. Messages in the portal therefore stay in the record and are not automatically emailed to the client.
That keeps what is confidential within your practice’s environment, and you decide what you send outside the record yourself.
Want to use the record yourself? A subscription costs € 15 per month, excluding VAT, per practice. Members of NFG and BATC already have QiC Platform as part of their membership. Take out a subscription or see the pricing.
