A questionnaire is a list you set up and the client fills in through the portal. The answers go into the record, next to everything else you have recorded about that client. Your conversation then starts from what the client has already filled in, and not from a blank page.
You build a list for your own practice or start from an example that is already there and adapt it. You ask the questions that matter for your way of working, in the order you find logical.
Once you have made a list, you use it again for every following client.
After saving, you see the answers with the client. You do not retype anything and do not search an inbox or paper for it.
The client does not see any professional interpretation, only what they filled in themselves.
You can use the same list at the start of the support and again later, so you can place the development side by side.
That gives you something concrete to begin the conversation about progress with, which is often more comfortable for the client than a general question about how things are going.
An example list is not an official standard and not a certified measurement. The score is a sum of the answers and the coloured band is an example classification.
They give you something to hold on to in the conversation, but they are not a result. QiC is clear about this, so you know what you can build on.
Would you like to set up questionnaires for your clients? A subscription costs € 15 per month, excluding VAT, per practice. Members of NFG and BATC already have QiC Platform as part of their membership. Take out a subscription or see the pricing.
