Log inQiC Platform · Security and privacy
A client record contains details that must be handled with care. QiC stores records encrypted. The practitioner remains responsible for the content of the record and for what leaves the practice. On this page you can read what QiC does and what deliberately stays with you.
Records are stored encrypted. Without the environment’s key, the content cannot be read.
You do not have to set anything up for this. It applies to what you record in the record.
A confirmation, invoice or other message you send by email is ordinary email and therefore not secure healthcare mail. That is why QiC does not send invoices or appointments itself.
Messages and diary notes in the portal stay in the record.
A practitioner works within their own practice. A client only sees the record linked to them, and never anyone else’s.
The platform administrator manages the site and does not read the content of a record the way an ordinary record reader does.
If you have questions about privacy or about the agreements with QualityinCare, send a message to info@qualityincare.nl.
QiC claims no certification and no standard for which no agreement has been made. What is stated here you can take at face value.
QiC makes no formulations, assesses no interactions and does not send an invoice on its own.
Those limits are deliberate. The decisions about the support stay with you, where they belong.
Would you like to keep client data safe? A subscription costs € 15 per month, excluding VAT, per practice. Members of NFG and BATC already have QiC Platform as part of their membership. Take out a subscription or see the pricing.
