Log inQiC Platform · Psychosocial
If you choose the psychosocial branch, you get a menu with record, questionnaires, treatment plan and consent. Everything you record for a course of support sits in a fixed place. The software helps you organise complaints and criteria. You make the formulation yourself, QiC does not complete it.
For each client you keep notes, documents and progress. The course of the support is in one place, so after a break of weeks you pick up the thread again in a few minutes.
In the portal, the client only sees their own record.
You record consent per record. What the client signs is stored in the record with date and time, so you can later check when something was recorded.
You can prepare the intake itself with a questionnaire or form, so the client fills in at home what you would otherwise have to ask in the first conversation.
You update the treatment plan in the record and keep track of progress as the support develops. Plan and course sit side by side, so you can see whether you are still on track.
QiC does not finish a report and makes no automatic formulation. The content stays yours.
You put a list together yourself or start from an example. You can use the same list again later to compare how things have developed.
An example is not an official standard and not a certified measurement. Use it as an aid in the conversation.
A form the client needs to fill in appears in the portal, with the lists that belong to this record. The client sees in one place what is still expected of them.
The week’s appointments are kept with the practice. You send a confirmation yourself, whenever you want to.
From an appointment you go straight to the record, and when preparing you see at once what was discussed last time.
You set up exercises and background information for a specific record. The client does not see the practice’s whole library, only what you have linked for them.
That way you give homework and explanations without emailing loose attachments.
Do you work psychosocially and want to use QiC? A subscription costs € 15 per month, excluding VAT, per practice. Members of NFG and BATC already have QiC Platform as part of their membership. Take out a subscription or see the pricing.
