If you choose the naturopathic branch, you work with history, lifestyle, remedies, measurements and a library you fill yourself. Everything you know about a client is in one record, from the first history to the last consultation. QiC makes no formulations and assesses no interactions. The professional judgement stays with you.
You record the history in the record. The client can fill in part of it themselves in the portal, so the groundwork is already there before you begin the conversation.
Only you, as the practitioner, change name and date of birth.
Nutrition and lifestyle belong to the menu of this branch. You decide what you note and in how much detail, and you can see the development at every following consultation.
You keep prescriptions and remedies as part of your own way of working. What you advised a client is in the record, so at the next appointment you do not have to guess.
You check medication, allergies and contraindications yourself. QiC does not carry out that check.
You store measurements with the client’s record. That way you can place results from different moments side by side.
QiC draws no conclusions from them, so the interpretation stays in your hands.
The library starts empty. You fill it yourself with exercises, background information and notes, in line with how you work.
Over time you build a library that belongs to your practice and that you can use again for every client.
A protocol is a template you can reuse. What you do the same way every time, you do not have to write out again.
It is not binding advice, and the software does not present it as such.
Appointments and invoices are in the same environment as the record. You do not switch between programs to schedule, record and invoice a consultation.
An invoice is not emailed automatically, you send it yourself.
Do you work naturopathically and want to use QiC? A subscription costs € 15 per month, excluding VAT, per practice. Members of NFG and BATC already have QiC Platform as part of their membership. Take out a subscription or see the pricing.
