The client record within a therapy practice

A therapeutic client record belongs to one person and one practice. It is the place where you find what you agreed and noted, even when weeks pass between two conversations.

One record

You work with one record per client, not a folder per subject. Calendar, form and note all refer to that record.

When you work with someone again after a long pause, that is the first thing you open. You then have the whole story at once.

What the client sees

In the portal the client sees their own record: appointments, questionnaires, messages and what you have set up. Other clients stay entirely out of view.

The client can therefore fill in, choose and look back themselves, without you having to send each part separately.

Your responsibility

The software stores and organises. The content of the support stays with the practitioner.

QiC makes no formulation and gives no judgement. That keeps the record a reliable account of what you have done and decided.
