Recording a history within the naturopathic practice

The history is the conversation and the report on the request for help, the lifestyle and what the client wants to achieve. In QiC that report is in the record, in the place where you find it again at every following consultation.

Who fills in what

The client can give answers in the portal. That gives you a picture of the request for help even before the conversation.

You, as the practitioner, change name and date of birth yourself.

What you do with it

The answers go into the record. QiC does not summarise them into a judgement and makes no formulation.

You read, ask further and decide. The software makes sure the details are ready.

Alongside the rest of the practice

The history sits with the same client as the appointments, the measurements and the invoices, so you have everything together.

You therefore do not switch between programs to see how a history relates to later measurements.
